Both lanes of Route 29 north in Danville are now open after a tractor-trailer flipped early Monday morning.
Crews are still cleaning up debris spilled from the truck.
Police say the driver ran off the road and landed the semi in the median on its side.
Traffic was backed up for several hours during Monday morning's commute.
The driver is charged with failure to maintain control of the semi.

A tractor trailer crashed on the Route 29 bypass at the South Boston Road exchange early Monday morning.
One lane of Northbound Route 29 is closed right now.
The driver was heading north, when the truck ran off the road and flipped.
Police say the driver wasn't hurt.
Officers charged him with failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
