Traveling the world is part of learning at one college in Lynchburg.
Students at Liberty University are encouraged to get involved in global causes. They're getting connected through a special event called "Global Focus Week."
Representatives from more than 50 different mission agencies are visiting campus. They want to expose students to different cultures and help them get involved with missions work in other countries.
"The Bible is a global book," said Johnnie Moore, Vice President for Communications at Liberty University. "Christianity is a global movement and we believe that every single Liberty University student should play a signifigant part in leading their generation around the world."
Speakers will also talk to students about starting churches and schools in other parts of the world and ways to end human slavery.
