MISHAWAKA – Monday could be the last day people living in a Mishawaka apartment complex are allowed back inside.

Last week, the city condemned Princess City Apartments for safety reasons.

The building commissioner says a pipe burst last month, causing mold and leaks.

Renters had until today to get their stuff out of their apartments.

The city gave owner Randy Miller 30 days to declare his plans to bring the building up to code.

If Miller does not respond a hearing could be held to determine the future of the complex.
