Staying: DT Randy Starks

The Miami Dolphins placed the franchise tag on defensive tackle Randy Starks, guaranteeing the two-time Pro Bowl selection a one-year salary of $8.45 million in 2013. Starks, who began his career with the Dolphins as a reserve and developed into a two-time Pro Bowler, contributed 27 tackles, 4.5 sacks and one interception.
