Virginia Tech and UVA basketball teams picked to finish in middle of the pack in ACC

We're now less than a month away from the start of the college basketball season, and on the ACC held its annual Men's Basketball Media Day on Wednesday in Charlotte. The Hokies and Hoos were picked in the middle of a crowded pack.
