The Hokies men's basketball team continued its winning ways Thursday night up in College Park Maryland. Seth Greenberg's club improved to 12 and 5 overall and 3 and 2 in the ACC.
Now the Hokies return home to play their final non-conference game of the season when they host Longwood at the Cassell. It will be the second time in two weeks that the Hokies will play two games in three days. With just eight scholarship players, that is a concern for Coach Greenberg. The players though aren't worried at all.
"It doesn't really bother us we like to play ball, as much as chance we get to play in games we can play, but we really got to take care of our bodies, the next day we got to stay healthy, eat right, drink right, stay hydrated and get ready for the next game," said Erick Green.
"I'd rather just play games, I'd rather play a game than practice any day, I'd rather go out and play on that Saturday instead of coming in Saturday Morning and having a practice, I'd take the game over practice any day," said Malcolm Delaney.
