Salem could wrap up the 2 seed in Region IV Division Four right behind the Blue Demons by beating Pulaski tonight.
It was 7-nothing Salem at the half, but the Cougars were on a mission despite not being playoff eligible. Right to the 4th quarter, Pulaski's Chad Perry connects with Zach Akers on the 17 yard pick up for the Cougars.
Back to the air again. Perry lays it up for Chase Cook on the fly route. He scores to tie things up on the 37 yarder, and it was 13-all.
The Spartans looking for the lead, but Adam McGarrell trying to find Mic Edwards deep down the middle, but the Cougars Joey Trigg steps up to make the interception. He returns it back to midfield, and they were smelling upset.
Perry, the senior, lowers his pads and bulls his way in from six yards out. The two pointer was good and Pulaski shocks Salem, 21 to 13 the final.
