The 7 and 0 Brookville Bees have been tough to slow down this season. The Bees were wearing the yellow throwback duds, showing a little fashion sense.
Here's some football sense. Brookville's Derrick Foxx picked off a pass from the Lancers Kyle Edwards putting the Bees in good shape early. But they had to settle for a field goal.
Brookville intercepted another pass before Kendall Becraft handed to Anthony Calloway right up the gut for a 19-yard touchdown run and the Bees lead by 10 early in the first quarter.
Brookville's Defense was coming up big as they recovered the botched snap in the end zone giving them the safety and they took a 12 to nothing lead with 6:03 left in the first quarter.
Edwards later threw his 3rd interception of the half and on the ensuing play Becraft showed off his cannon and found a wide open Benjamin Hogg on a 43 yard pass and catch and the Bees went up 19 to 0.
Brookville kept rolling, 36 to 14 the final over Amherst.
