Later in the first quarter, the Eagles spread their wings. TJ Shaw connects with Shane Preston. That ties things up at 7.
Second quarter, the Spartans strike again. Adam McGarrell hits Phillips Hughes. Hughes shakes off a couple of tackles and reaches paydirt.
Salem takes the lead and never looks back winning 31-14.
