George Wythe and Radford typically don't care much for one another. On Friday night the Maroons came into the New River Valley having given up just 7 points this season.
Early in the first quarter, Hunter Marshall looked long and threw a great leading pass up the sideline to D'Andre Cook for a gain of 50 yards to put the Bobcats in business.
Radford's Caleb Sindley finished off the drive as he stepped up and booted through the field goal to make it 3-0.
George Wythe was on the march. Trey Skeens got the handoff and quickly broke loose, scooting up the sideline for 35 yards.
Soon after it was Justin Sneevely shaking off multiple would-be tacklers for a 28-yard touchdown run to make it 7-3, George Wythe.
Later in the first quarter, Sneevely bulled through to put six more on the board and George Wythe went on to knock off Radford 44 to 31.
