Hidden Valley hoped to hand the Blue Demons their first loss of the season.
The Christiansburg fans had faith their team would continue its winning streak. The Blue Demons were up 14-nothing. But don't count the Titans out of it yet. Driving out near midfield Quarterback Michael Simonic throws, and with the long reach, receiver Jake Kite makes the catch for seven yards.
The Titans keep marching. Its 1st and goal on the nine. Simonic connects with Kite again, this time in the endzone. Hidden Valley's on the board 14-6.
In the second half, Christiansburg has the ball on the 30. Zach Snell takes off and runs through traffic, stumbling the last few yards. On the way down, the ball's stripped, and the Titans' Lamar Hale is johnny on the spot making the recovery.
Later in the third quarter, Christiansburg is at it again. Its 1st and 10 from their own 20 yard line. Snell runs up the middle and pushes through the crowd to down to the 47 yard line for a 27 yard gain for Christiansburg.
The Demons capped the drive with a score and knock off Hidden Valley 31 to 6.
