RADFORD, Va. -

The Radford Bobcats lost their first four games of the season but have won four of the last five, getting healthy at the right time.  Coach Matthew Saunders and company hosted Eastern Montgomery this week, looking to get back to 500 entering the postseason.

Marcus Finley got the party started as he faked the handoff and took it in from 12 yards out, busting off the scoring run and Radford was out front 7-zip just a minute in.

After a quick Mustang three and out, Bobcat tailback Isaiah Carter broke through for an 8 yard scoring tally and it was a two TD advantage still early in the first.

East Mont was trying to get something cooking as Elliott Stigall's pass was tipped and picked off by Radford's Andrew Grant.  He turned in the nifty little return back to the 39 yard line.

Radford cashes in when Finley finished the drive with the guy who started it.  He found Grant in the endzone.  The Bobcats blow out East Mont 49 to 14.
