MONTGOMERY CO., Va. -

Glenvar traveled to Riner to face Auburn this week and there was certainly a frigid feel to this one.

The Highlanders were up 14-7 just before halftime and they would try and add to it going into the break.

Levi Mullins chucked it deep where Remington Stanley was there to make the grab for the Highlanders getting them deep into Auburn territory.

Mullins then went right back to Stanley for the touchdown as he hung on to it falling down for the score.

Glenvar took a 21-7 lead into the locker room at halftime.

Off an Auburn turnover in the second half, Mullins kept it going through the air. He hooked up with Hunter Lovelace who took it into the endzone, the Highlanders up big 28-7.

Auburn got back in it late third quarter. Gabe Spencer from 23 yards out called his own number and cut the lead in half but there was too much Glenvar in this one as the Highlanders rolled to a 35-20 victory.
