ROCKBRIDGE CO., Va.—
Crews in Rockbridge County are trying to rescue a hunter who was injured after falling from a rock.
The hunter fell in a remote are in the Petites Gap part of the County.
Rescue crews are still trying to reach the hunter.
A deputy from the Virginia Department of Emergency Management is headed to the scene.
Rockbridge County Emergency Services Coordinator Robert Foresman says it will take between two and three hours to remove the hunter from the area.
