UVA offensive tackle Morgan Moses had to wait a lot longer than most people thought he would to hear his name called in the NFL Draft.  But the Richmond product will have the chance to play close to home after being drafted with the 66th overall selection in the third round by the Washington Redskins.  Redskins training camp is now in his hometown so that's an added plus.   Moses is 6-6, 314 pounds, and that's down about 20 pounds since the end of the season.  He allowed just 2 sacks last year on more than 500 pass attempts.  His selection addresses one of the Redskins' most pressing offseason goals - improving the offensive line.  He could compete for a starting job.
