The Virginia Cavaliers have had a bye week to rest up for the stretch run. With a record of 2 and 6, there is a definite sense of urgency in Charlottesville with some tough games remaining, starting with NC State on the road Saturday afternoon.
"These are a series of one game playoffs or bowl games for us right now," said Coach Mike London. "We have to win these games."
London has suspended three players for Saturday's game against the Wolfpack for a violation of team rules. Lavonte Battle, Jeremiah Mathis, and that guy, starting linebacker Henry Coley will all miss the game in Raleigh.
