Hokies hear the talk about not being BCS worthy
There's been some talk about Virginia Tech not deserving to play in this BCS game Tuesday night, and they're all quite aware of it.

The players have been saying all week that they're using it as motivation -- to prove people wrong and prove that the Hokies do deserve to play in the Sugar Bowl, but they are still going into the game as the underdogs.

The Wolverines are the favorite to win the game as three-point favorites. Coach Beamer and his team know that people may be overlooking them, but when it comes down to it, they just have to come out and play their best game of the season.

“Well there's no question that people question whether we should be here,” Beamer said. “I think that's kind of been the key issue by most people when you talk about Virginia Tech and the bowl game. So that's just a fact of life. You know, it all comes down to how you play because like I said earlier, Michigan's a really good football team. They execute well. They're tough. We just gotta play a great football game."

And one thing's for sure-- Michigan will not be under-estimating the Hokies and will bring their best effort for sure.
