A former Virginia Tech baseball player hopes to have the next big treatment for pain relief, helping athletes and the rest of us.
Lenny Wentz is a Halifax County grad and played for Tech from 1986-90
Following a stint in the minor leagues he's worked in the pharmaceutical industry.
A couple years ago he re-discovered his grandmother's recipe for a sports cream that helps with joint pain and muscle relief.
He's turned that into the FDA-approved Rubber Arm, a lotion similar to Bengay but one that Wentz says is much more effective
