It's been three weeks since the Hokies knocked off Rutges in the Russell Athletic Bowl, but there are finally some coaching changes to report in Blacksburg officially, following nearly a month of speculation.
Kevin Sherman is now the former wide receivers coach in Blacksburg.  Friday, Purdue University announced that Sherman, a Radford native, had accepted the same job with the Boilermakers following 7 years at Tech.
That clears the way for Stanford assistant Aaron Moorehead to take over that job with the Hokies.
Offensive coordinator Bryan Stinespring now moves over to the position of recruiting coordinator and tight ends coach.  The coordinator position will now be manned by former Auburn coordinator Scott Loeffler.
And offensive line coach Curt Newsome has landed on his feet at James Madison, his previous employer.  Jeff Grimes, who spent last year at Auburn, will take over the same role with the Hokies.  All of the new hires will be introduced next Friday in Blacksburg.
