Virginia Tech guard Erick Green has been named the ACC’s Co-Player of the Week.
Green averaged 26 points and six rebounds this past week while leading the Hokies to wins over Iowa and 15th-ranked Oklahoma State.
The Winchester native netted a career-high 28 points in just 26 minutes because of foul trouble.
Green shared the award with Duke’s Mason Plumlee.
Undefeated Virginia Tech (7-0) is off until 4 p.m. Saturday when the Hokies head to West Virginia. The game will be televised on ESPN2.
