Judge dismisses McHenry State's Atty's lawsuit over wrongful prosecution

A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit claiming that prosecutors tried to railroad McHenry County State’s Atty. Louis Bianchi for political reasons. But the judge left the door open for it to be re-filed, and Bianchi’s lawyer said today that he will file a new suit to address the judge’s concerns.
