Saffle escapes in the second and uses the same takedown to get a pin in the second.

At 285, Hutchinson's Marc Saffle got a perfect early takedown and 3 back points to go up 5-0 on Hunter Mulford from Gardner-Edgerton after one.

 

At 195 pounds, Allen Tracy from Campus pins Jonathon Pressler from Shawnee Mission North.

 

Jackson gets a pin with 13 seconds left in the second period.

Jackson has a 3-0 lead in the second.

At 195 pounds, Wichita Northwest's Kyle Jackson faces Olathe Northwest's Dominic Noel.

 

At 182 pounds, Wichita Southeast's Sage Soell is pounding Pierce Baldus from Blue Valley West for a 12-2 win.

 

Macoubrie gets a takedown early in overtime to win 4-2.

Regulation ends in a 2-2 tie.

With 30 seconds left, tipton is riding Macoubrie in a 2-2 tie.

Tipton and Macoubrie are tied at 2-2 late in the second period.

At 170 pounds, Wichita South's DeAndre Tipton takes on Jackson Macoubrie from Blue Valley.

 

Finch gets a dominating win.

At 160 pounds, Zach Finch from Garden City is up 15-2 over Olathe North's Tyler Moulden in the third period.

 

Page gets a pin halfway through the second period.

At 160 pounds, Hutchinson's Jared Page has a 2-0 lead on Shawnee Mission Northwest's Alex Quinn after one.

 

At 152 pounds, Wichita East's William Burrows pins Olathe East's Kerry Hokanson.

 

Hartman gets Garcia on his back and pins him.

At 152 pounds, Santiago Garcia from Dodge City and Foster Hartman from Blue Valley are tied at 4-4 to start the third.

 

Spangler wins 7-3.

Spangler is up 7-2.

Spangler escapes and gets a takedown to go up 5-2.  Gash escapes to cut the lead to 5-2 with a minute left.

It's 2-1 Spangler after two.

Gash escapes to go up 1-0 in the second.  Spangler answers with a takedown for a 2-1 lead.

Spangler can't finish a takedown at the end of the first and they go to the second in a scoreless tie.

At 145 pounds, Derby's Caleb Gash takes on Richard Spangler from Wichita North.

 

Metler gets a 12-3 win.

Metler gets a take down to extend the lead to 12-3.

Metler is up 10-3 with a minute left.

Metler is up 8-2 going into the third.

Metler scores to go up 5-2 in the second.

After the first period it is 2-2.

Metler and Ruiz are tied at 2-2.

At 132 pounds, Derby's Tim Metler is taking on Jay Ruiz from Junction City.

At 126 pounds, Greg Jones from Wichita Heights has built an 8-0 lead over Austin Mullikin from Wyandotte late in the second period.

 

McRoberts and Short are scoreless at the end of regulation and McRoberts gets a takedown in the first overtime to win 2-0.

At 113 pounds Jaden McRoberts from Dodge City is taking on Jordan Short from Washburn Rural.

 

At 113 pounds, Josh Zack pins Wichita North's Charley Adams.

Young wins.

Cohu starts to come back in the third, cutting the lead to 8-4.

In the second, Young takes an 8-1 lead.

At 285 pounds Wichita South's Dillon Young is in a scoreless tie with Dakota Cohu from Olathe North after one.

 

Plummer scores to win 3-2.

Both wrestlers trade escapes and it is 2-2.

At the end of regulation it is tied at 1-1.

Contreras escapes in the third to tie it at 1-1.

After two periods, Plummer holds a 1-0 lead.

Plummer has a 1-0 lead in the second period.

At 220 pounds, Hutchinson's Lex Plummer takes on Armando Contreras from Shawnee Mission North.  Both are scoreless after one.

 

Mitchell wins in overtime.

At 152 pounds, Jack Mitchell from Shawnee Mission East has a 1-0 lead over Garden City's Chris Adler.  Adler gets an escape in the third to tie at 1-1.

 

Becker gets a takedown and wins 5-2.

At 152 pounds, Derby's Ben Becker has a 3-2 lead on Free State's Ben Soukup.  There are 40 seconds left in the match.

 

Kennedy hangs on for a 1-0 win.

At 145 pounds, Garden City's Trevor Kennedy has a 1-0 lead over Manhattan's Davis Matthews.

 

Hurtado wins.

Hurtado is up 11-2 with a minute left.

At 138 pounds, Garden City's AJ Hurtado has a comanding 10-2 lead over Washburn Rural's Stephen Stamps in the third quarter.

 

Edwards' late takedown is good enough for a 3-1 win.

Edwards stays in bounds to get a takedown with five seconds left to go up 3-1.

Edwards takes a 1-0 lead into the third and Stone gets an escape to tie at 1-1.

Edwards picks up a point in the second to go up 1-0.

At 138 pounds, Blue Valley Northwest's Jaquan Stone and Dodge City's Dane Edwards are scoreless after one.

 

At 132 pounds, Tevin Briscoe of Garden City is dominating Tanner Griffin from Shawnee Mission West.  Briscoe was up 14-0 when he pinned Griffin in the third.

 

Moon wins 3-1.

At 126 pounds Brett Moon from Maize has a 2-1 advantage over Dallas Vesta from Manhattan and made it a 3-1 lead late in the third.

 

At 126 pounds Garden City's Alec Castillo breaks up a 5-5 tie in the third to to up 10-7 against Marcus Reese from Topeka.  Reese counters with a takedown but Castillo gets a 10-9 win.

 

 

Lindlar rides McCray to finish the match with a 5-3 win.

Lindlar scores to go up 5-3 in the third.

McCray gets a takedown to end the second with a 3-2 lead.

Lindlar goes up 2-1 in the second.

Lindlar and McCray go to the second tied at 1-1.

At 120 pounds, Armond McCray from Wichita Heights has a 1-0 advantage over Michael Lindlar from Wichita Northwest. in the first.

 

Deshazer gets a pin in the third.

Deshazer has a 14-2 lead in the second period.

At 113, Sean Deshazer from Wichita Heights takes on Masen McCracken from Campus and gets a quick takedown to go up 2-0 in the first.

 

McDonald gets a pin.

At 113 pounds, Derby's Cody McDonald has a 2-0 lead over Emilio Amunatigui from Shawnee Mission Northwest.

 

Prieto wins 13-0.

Prieto goes up 8-0 after two.

At 106 pounds Garden City's Michael Prieto scores quickly to take a 6-0 lead over Lake Deam from Junction City after one period.

Mann escapes and Rodriguez can't answer.  Mann wins 2-1.

Rodriguez can't escape and we go to another overtime.

Rodriguez and Mann go to overtime tied at 1-1.

Mann escapes to tie it at 1-1 in the third.

Rodriguez has a 1-0 lead after two.

Garden City's Juan Carlo Rodriguez escapes Blake Mann from Blue Valley Northwest to break up a scoreless tie in the second for a 1-0 lead.

 

Dean gets a pin in the second period.

Rakim Dean from Wichita South has a 4-1 lead over Pierce Baldus from Blue Valley West after one.  Dean extends the lead to 6-1 in the second.

Scantillon escapes in the third to go up 3-2.

Greg Jones from Wichita Heights trails Blake Stovall from Olathe North 3-1 in the third.

 

Morrow gets an escape and a takedown in the third to win 5-3.

Jacob Sims from Blue Valley has a 3-0 lead on Derby's Jeffery Morrow, but Morrow strikes back with a reversal to make it 3-2 after two.

 

Michael Lindlar from Wichita Northwest wins his first round match with a pin.

 

At 113 pounds, Sean Deshazer from Wichita Heights gets a fast start with an early takedown and goes up 2-0 early.  His opponent Jhon Jacob from Lawrence gets an escape, but Deshazer in control.  Deshazer wins by pin in the first round.

Williams fights off Lopez in the final seconds to win 9-7.

Lopez cuts the lead to 9-7 Williams on top with about 30 seconds left.

At 195 pounds, Daryl Williams from Harmon has an 8-4 lead over Andover's Mike Lopez.

 

O'Dell wins 5-4 in overtime.

Dugan ties it at 3-3 to force overtime.

At 170 pounds, Dylan O'Dell from Blue Valley Southwest has a 3-2 lead over Carroll's Christopher Dugan in the third.

 

Teufel wins 6-2.

Teufel has a 6-2 lead with less than a minute left.

Teufel answers with a late takedown and brings a 2-1 lead into the third period.
