Middlecreek Church of the Brethren will complete their series of sermons based on putting on the Full Armor of God this Sunday. The Rev. John Stoner will speak on "Taking Up the Sword of the Spirit." The Scripture text is Hebrews 4:11-16. The Rev. Linda Stoner will serve as worship leader. Classes will take place in the social hall during the Sunday school hour for those interested in church membership.
Worship begins at 9:30 a.m. each Sunday. The church is at 226 Middlecreek Road, Rockwood.

A time of fellowship is at 9:15 a.m. and Sunday school for all ages is at 9:30 a.m. On Sunday youth bells rehearse at 6:10 p.m. and the "Uncommon Life" youth group meets at 7 p.m.
Fitness Club exercises are at 6:30 p.m. Monday and Thursdays. Prayer Watch is at 6:15 a.m. Tuesday and 7 p.m. Wednesday.
Music rehearsals Wednesday include chimers at 3:40 p.m., adult bells at 7 p.m., and senior choir at 8 p.m. Junior High Roman's 12:2 Group meets Wednesday evening.
On Saturday at 6 p.m., the Women's Missionary Society will host the annual Friendship Banquet and Auction at the Berlin Community Building to benefit missions and the Camp Peniel Lodge Fund.

The concluding sermon of Jonah, the Runaway Prophet is "When God Doesn't Make Sense" based on Jonah 4.
Traditional worship with the anthem choir begins at 9 a.m.; contemporary worship with the band starts at 11:10 a.m. John and Karen Berkey are greeters. Sunday school for all ages is at 10 a.m.
Game and Goodie Night is 6 p.m. tonday. Finance meeting 7 p.m. Tuesday and Congregational Care 6 p.m. Wednesday.
