Ingredients:

 

1 pound ground beef

1 onion, finely chopped

1 chopped pepper

1/8 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper

2 T chili powder

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1 16-ounce can tomatoes

1 16-ounce can kidney beans, drained

 

Directions: Cook beef in deep skillet until browned. Carefully drain fat from skillet. Add onion, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, red pepper, salt and pepper to meat. Stir. Add tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer about 20 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Serve in a soup bowl.
