The Bay Rivers District will send some of its largest numbers of players ever to the Virginia High School Coaches Association All-Star Games, set for July 9-13 in Newport News and Hampton.

Below is a list of players listedon the East rosters for each game.

BOYS BASKETBALL, Monday July 9, Christopher Newport University, 8:30 p.m.: Kevin Barnes (Grafton) and Coach Jeremy Jordan (Grafton).

GIRLS SOCCER, Wednesday July 11, CNU, 5:30 p.m.: Jayleyn Coates (Jamestown), Sydney Omweg (Tabb), Morgan Singer (Grafton) and Nicolette Young (Jamestown).

BOYS SOCCER, Wednesday July 11, CNU, 7:30 p.m.: Dan Geyer (Jamestown), Patrick Kelly (Jamestown), Tory Schneider (Lafayette) and Coach Bobby O'Brien (Jamestown).

BASEBALL, Wednesday July 11, War Memorial Stadium, 7 p.m.: Brink Ambler (Jamestown), Robbie Hiser (Grafton), Tim Kelly (York), TJ Rinoski (York), Kyri Washington (Grafton) and Coach Rusty Ingram (York).
