    Police believe they've got the guy who tried to rob a bank.  Officers say the suspect walked into Bank of America on the 22nd hundred block of Melrose Avenue around 1:30 Friday afternoon.  He told the tellers he had a gun and demanded cash.   But then, authorities say he took of without any money.  A short time later police arrested him.
