  19. Stevens College of Technology Student Busted in Undercover Drug Sting

    A student at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology in Lancaster is charged in an undercover drug sting. The Lancaster County Drug Task Force and Manheim Township Police conducted the undercover sting in the parking lot of the Manor Shopping Center, along the 1200 block of Millersville Pike on Monday.  Police say that 19 year old Dontrell Carroll, of York, climbed into the undercover police officer's vehicle and sold him 229 MDMA "Ecstasy" pills.  Carroll was taken into custody without incident as the transaction was completed.
