Pulaski man fined in accident that injured German cyclist
The driver of a truck that hit and injured a German cyclist has been convicted of reckless driving.
The Roanoke Times says a judge found 46-year-old Norman Richard Marchant guilty Tuesday in Pulaski County General District Court.
