    Casual parties, dinners on the deck, family reunions and picnics populate our summer calendar. I usually volunteer to bring the salad primarily so that I am not tempted to overindulge. Over the years, I have built up quite the salad recipe repertoire, but I'm always on the lookout for more ideas.
