  9. Vietnam War radio legend Adrian Cronauer shares his memories

    <span style="font-size: small;">"Gooooooood morning, Vietnam!" Those words are forever immortalized in the 1987 film starring Robin Williams. The comic actor portrayed a character based on real-life Vietnam War disc jokey, Adrian Cronauer.&nbsp; Now retired, and living in Botetourt County, Cronauer recalls his days as a disc jockey for the Armed Forces Radio Services in Saigon between 1965 and 1966. Cronauer helped boost the spirits of troops, and brought a bit of American culture to the war-torn country.</span>
