  1. Lobster rocks Bear Creek

    Colorful crustaceans from the chilly waters of New England are headed to The Grille at Bear Creek Mountain Resort second annual Lobster Week June 18-23. Executive Chef Michael Greenstein will prepare the summertime favorite for dinner 4-9:30 p.m. The menu will include lobster bisque with sherry; Cape Cod lobster roll with kettle potato chips; steamed whole 11/4 pound lobster with red potatoes, cole slaw, fresh corn, drawn butter and lemon; seafood-stuffed split lobster flambeed in bourbon and pan roasted chervil-chive butter sauce with green beans; lobster scampi sauteed with garlic, tomatoes, green onions, parsley, butter, white wine and lemon served over linguine; and lobster Newburg in a sherry sauce with parsley rice pilaf.
