Black eyed peas. 2 cans, drained, rinsed

Diced Tomatoes. 24oz can

Celery. 1/2 bunch, diced

Red Pepper. 1ea, diced

Green Pepper. 1ea, diced

Yellow Pepper. 1ea, diced

Green onion. 1 bunch, chopped

Carrots. 2ea, diced

Yellow squash. 1ea, diced

Zuchinni. 1ea, diced

Tabasco. 2 tbsp

Fat free Italian dressing. 16oz

Salsa. 16oz

Cajun seasoning. 1tbsp

Mix together thoroughly and let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour. Serves 10 - 12
