1.3 million people are diagnosed annually with breast cancer. Women. Men. Susan G. Komen for the Cure hopes that with early detection, improved treatment and increased access to breast health services there will be a better chance for survival than ever before.
Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure walked and ran into the Roanoke Valley in 2010 for the first time. The event was amazing with attendance surpassing expectations. Join us again this year at Green Hills Park in Salem as we work towards making breast cancer a thing of the past.
