Three men riding bicycles cross-country for cancer research

Three men from the Roanoke Valley are riding bicycles cross-country to raise money and awareness for cancer research.

The "Roll Over Cancer" team has finished more than half of its journey.  Two-time cancer survivor, Rob Leonard, is being joined by his oncologist Dr. Lowell Inhorn, and friend Maynard Kelly. 

Leonard has battled through Hodgkin's Lymphoma, and a separate bout of an oral cancer - beating both.  The six-week trip consists of more than 3,000 miles of riding.  The team left San Francisco on Labor Day and is currently in Kansas.
