CARLISLE, Cumberland County—
Anthony Yost, 35, of Carlisle, was arrested Monday for Receiving Stolen Property. Yost stole a Nintendo Wii game system from the home of Stephanie Jury and sold it at the N.S. Deli on West Willow Street.Jury recognized the Wii and provided the serial number to prove it was her stolen system. Police checked the surveillance video to determine who brought the system into the store and identified Yost as the suspect. Yost admitted to selling the stolen WII at the store in exchange for Synthetic Marijuana and Bath Salts.
The N.S. Deli is currently being prosecuted for this type of activity and will be closing down at the end of September.
