1 TBS Canola or Toasted Sesame Oil
3 Each Large Eggs Beaten
3 Each Green Onions Chopped (1/4 cup)
1 .5 TBS Minced Fresh Ginger
4 Cups Fresh Chopped Broccoli
½ Cup Diced Red Peppers
½ Cup Shredded Carrots
2 Cloves Garlic Finely Chopped
2 Cups Chopped Kale
