A Terre Haute man who looked as though he was kidnapping a woman is now being charged in the case even though it wasn't an actual abduction.
Fox59 showed you the surveillance video of a man forcing a woman to a car on the Indiana State University campus. At one point, he picked her up and carried her to a waiting vehicle.
The video was shown on several TV stations.
The man's father recognized him and called police.
The case was then described as a domestic dispute between the man and his girlfriend. However, the man now faces criminal confinement and battery charges.
