NELSON COUNTY, Va.—

Authorities say Constance Bradshaw of Faber, Virginia was turning out of a parking lot when a semi hit her.
That tractor trailer then hit another car.
Bradshaw died.
The drivers of the big rig and car were not seriously hurt.
No charges have been filed.

All lanes of Route 29 in Nelson County near the fatal accident are back open.

State Police are investigating a fatal tractor-trailer accident on Route 29 in Nelson County.
The crash happened shortly after 1 p.m. Friday. It involved a tractor-trailer and a car.
The accident is near Route 56 in Lovingston. One lane of traffic is still closed in that area.
State Police have not released the identity of the victim.
