at Hotel Roanoke. Crews are going up, re-painting and repairing the facade of the entire exterior. The project costs 700-thousand dollars and will finish up later this week. Doing this work in the summer travel season may seem like a head scratcher, but it's actually a down time for the hotel. Gary Walton, Hotel Roanoke General Manager: We're taking advantage. We have about a 10 day period here right around the 4th of July that was a little softer for our occupancy. So we're trying to get as many things done as we can while we're not as busy as we traditionally are in the spring and fall. This is just the second time this work has been done since the hotel re- opened in 1995.
