Some of the hardest working people in minor league baseball arent't the players. WDBJ7's David Kaplan joins us now live from LewisGale Field where he's hanging out with the Salem Red Sox groundskeepers. Seth, I'm about to be put to work. The groundskeeping crew here has a half dozen part-time workers. All of them work under Ross Groenevelt. Gronevelt is a graduate of Michigan State University. There, he studied Turf Management. He says he's always wanted to do this, and it's certainly a full-time job. Groenevelt says the job is incredibly time consuming and that he treats the field like it's his baby.
