The Roanoke Police Department has released surveillance video of a fight and subsequent shooting at a Roanoke gas station.
Three people were shot November 5 outside of the Shell gas station in the 2900 block of Hershberger Road.
The surveillance video of the shooting is below.
According to investigators 37-year-old Frank Cooper, 20-year-old Joshua Poindexter, and 25-year-old Antonio Gravely were all shot. The three men are from Roanoke.
The Roanoke Police Department says the video shows Cooper putting a bullet into the barrel of a handgun, and then pointing the handgun in “multiple directions.”
Cooper and Poindexter were taken to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Police say Gravely left the gas station in a car, and then went to the hospital.
As they arrived at the gas station, Roanoke Police officers say they chased after a man who was trying to conceal a handgun. However, they were not able to track him down because of the large crowd.
Investigators say the video shows another man with a gun. A shot fired from his gun hit a silver car.
Investigators say witnesses are providing “limited cooperation’ into the investigation.
No one has been arrested.
Officers are trying to identify and speak to everyone at the scene.
