The weather should be perfect for tonight's (Tuesday, Nov 19) rocket launch from Wallops Island, Virginia.

Unless there are technical problems, the Minotaur rocket will be launched between a window of 7:30pm and 9:15pm.

The mission is run by the United States' ORS3, or Operationally Responsive Space office, and includes 29 satellites, including the Air Force's test satellite.

These are always hit or miss, but the last launch of this nature was visible from the Blue Ridge Parkway overlooks. If you live in the mountains, you'll need to get up high and away from the city lights

Approximately 2 minutes or less after 7:30pm, you'll want to look to the eastern horizon.
