Gabrielle came back to life, five days after forecasters downgraded the system to a remnant low on September 5th.

Gabrielle gained strength just south of Bermuda Tuesday. The storm is expected to dump 4 to 7 inches of rain over the island country through early Wednesday as it moves off to the north.

60mph+ winds are also expected over Bermuda, where Tropical Storm Warnings were issued.

Elsewhere in the Atlantic, Humberto is expected to become the first hurricane of the Atlantic Season.  He remains east of the Cape Verde islands off the coast of Africa. The patch brings the storm westward over the next 5 days, but still no threat to the U.S. or Caribbean.
