Bedford County man waives preliminary hearing in DUI case

BEDFORD COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) - The man accused of driving under the influence in a Bedford County crash last year was due in court Wednesday.
Brandon Bateman was scheduled to have a preliminary hearing Wednesday afternoon. He decided to waive his hearing.
His case will now move ahead to the grand jury.
