Barricaded person surrenders to police in Lynchburg

LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) - Lynchburg Police say a person who was barricaded in a home has surrendered.
The incident took place Thursday afternoon in the 700 block of Hancock Street.
No information has yet been released about the circumstances of the incident, or possible charges.
