(Gray News) - Nearly 100,000 Hyundai Tucsons are being recalled, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

The recall, issued June 24, was for instrument-panel display issues. According to NHTSA, the panels may fail to show critical safety information such as the speedometer or warning lights.

About 96,310 models are affected, including the Tucson, Tucson Hybrid, and Tucson Plug-In Hybrid, all model years 2025 and 2026.

The panel display software will be updated over the air or by a dealer at no charge.

Anyone with an affected model should receive notification letters starting Aug. 22. Vehicle identification numbers can be searched on nhtsa.gov.

Hyundai owners with questions can contact the customer service line at 855-371-9460.
