She is from Virginia Beach, VA. before she called Central Virginia her home.
Keagan graduated from James Madison University with a degree in Interpersonal Skills Communications and a minor in Creative Writing. While at JMU, she was a reporter, producer, managing-editor, and anchor for the school’s newscast, BreezeTV.
