Pet Stories: Franklin

This is Franklin! He is a sweet two year old orange striped cat. Franklin comes from a home where he was used to a lot of affection and is even leash trained. That’s right this cat will walk with a leash if that is something you are looking for, he is your cat to adopt.

The RVSPCA has a new matchmaking service available and is waiving adoption fees for animals six months of age or older.

The RVSPCA is open Monday to Saturday from 12 pm until 7 pm.
