An 'egg-celent' adventure coming to transporation museum

ROANOKE, Va. (WDBJ7) -- The Virginia Museum of Transportation will host its first-ever Easter egg hunt on Saturday.

The museum plans to hide 2,500 eggs inside the complex, and there will be two opportunities for kids to engage in the fun.

The first will be at 11 a.m., the second at 12:30 p.m. The Easter Bunny will be on site from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The museum's hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tickets are free for kids 3 and under; $6 for ages 3-12, $8 for ages 13-19, $10 for ages 19 and up, and seniors 60 and over get in for $8. Admission includes the egg hunts, visits with the Easter Bunny, and the museum's exhibits.
