Blues great brings his music to the Alleghany Highlands
A Blues great is bringing his music to Clifton Forge on Friday night.
Tony Coleman is a drummer and vocalist, who has toured with B.B. King, and many other Blues legends.
He is joining Johnny King, an accomplished guitarist, singer and songwriter who grew up in Clifton Forge.
Coleman and King stopped by WDBJ7 Thursday afternoon.
"When you say the blues, the first thing that most people think is, that's old timey, we don't want to do that. Let's do something different," Coleman said. "But no, everything has the blues in it. Everything."
Tony Coleman, Johnny King and others are performing live at the Historic Masonic Theatre in Clifton Forge, Friday night at 7:30 p.m.
